NDIS Recovery Support Worker - CASUAL,  TRARALGON

The primary purpose of the NDIS Recovery Support Worker is to provide high quality and responsive person-led supports to within’s NDIS participant, tailored to meet their needs. This position is a dual role, working as a NDIS Recovery Support Worker and NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach. The primary purpose of the NDIS Recovery Support Worker is to provide high quality and responsive person-led supports to within’s NDIS participant, tailored to meet their needs. The delivery of services will focus on walking alongside people on their recovery journey and encompass the essential elements of hope, meaning, self-identity and responsibility while the purpose of the NDIS Recovery Coach is to support within’s participants to take control of their lives and manage the complex challenges of day to day living.
