within Australia services are available to adults (aged 16 to 64 years) who have a severe and persistent mental illness and/or psychiatric disability. Participation in all of our programs and services is entirely voluntary.
In August 2014 the Victorian Government introduced the Mental Health Community Support Services (MHCSS) program which replaced certain services (Home Based Outreach, Day Programs and Care Coordination) with Individualised Client Support Packages.
